My philanthropy site recommends different ways to give. http://bobbyvassallo.org. In this situation, as in the past famine served by Operation USA and “We are the World,” the best way is simply Operation USA.

Water, food, emergency medical, feeding centers. Longer term, well-drilling, solar pumps, other sustainable features that will allow these people the ability to return to their villages and homes.

Operation USA is on the ground. They have done it all before, deploying most of the “USA for Africa” moneys from “We are the World.” This group was chosen for a reason then, and was just chosen again after a couple of decades to partner again with “USA for Africa.”

No one does it better than OP USA. http://opusa.org
